Shipping/Policies

  • We ship Nationwide  (including Alaska & Hawaii)

  • We need a physical address and a contact phone number.

  • We ship orders Monday through Thursday. Orders placed after 10 a.m PST. Thursday will be shipped the
    first business day of the following week.

  • Deliveries to Hawaii and Alaska are available for an additional $25.00 surcharge per order.

  • Refrigerate or freeze your order immediately upon receipt.
  Wild Premium Salmon uses no preservatives in any of their product.


Delivery

You should expect your frozen Wild Premium Salmon products to be delivered by 5 p.m. local time. FedEx will
leave your products at your door unless a signature release is requested in the comments section of the order
form. Please arrange for someone to be available to get your frozen order into a freezer quickly.

You can also use the comments section of your order form to write a preferred ship date, any information that will
aide in the delivery of your package, a greeting card message, or a special portion size request.

If you need to make a change to your delivery date before it has been shipped, you can call us at 1 875 6853 or
email at wildpremiumsalmon@yahoo.com. We need your order number or/and name on the credit card used to
purchase the order.


Shipping Containers

Refrigerate or freeze your order immediately upon receipt.

All orders are shipped in insulated shipping boxes and are packed with Gel packs. Your salmon should arrive in
a semi-frozen state or chilled. In the event your product is thawed, but still cold, it is fine just refreeze. Wild
Premium Salmon uses no artificial preservatives in any of their products.

All orders are guaranteed to be delivered to the provided shipping address except when delivery is delayed due
to acts of God.

We ship using Federal Express Overnight for frozen product.


Shipping Cost

The shipping charges you pay are deeply discounted from the actual cost of shipping from FedEx. Check below
for shipping charges as well as how much you can save by ordering in quantities of 10/lbs or more.

All our frozen Seafood is shipped FedEx Overnight Monday-Thursday (except holidays) for next day delivery.

You will receive an order confirmation by email and we track all packages to ensure on-time delivery. Overnight
shipping charges include the styrofoam insulated shipping box and gel-ice pack.

Tracking Your Shipment:

You can track your order at www.federalexpress.com To receive the tracking number fill in your e-mail address
on the order form and it will be sent to you.


Shipping Confirmations:

Shipping confirmations are available for any order that was submitted with an email address.

On the day your package actually ships from our facility we will email you notification with your tracking details.
This email will include links for you to click on to track your shipment.

You can also call FedEx at 1-800-463-3339  (have your tracking number handy when calling for tracking results)
and use their automated system to hear the current status of your shipment.

We are also able to offer you assistance with tracking your shipment, call us at 1 360 875 6853  and we will
gladly track your shipment for you.


Undeliverable Packages & Missing, Incorrect Shipping Information:

If a package is deemed undeliverable due to address issues we will immediately attempt to contact you and or
the recipient using the information you provided with your order. If we are unable to contact you or the recipient
and are unable to resolve the issue ourselves then neither W.P.S. nor FedEx will be held responsible for
products loss, shipping charges or damages. Please make sure that the shipping address is correct.


Return Policy

If for some reason you are unhappy with your order please contact us by e-mail at wildremiumsalmon@yahoo.
com to get an order return number you must get this return number before we will except the return.


After you get the return number place the frozen seafood and jell-packs in the same shipping container that it
came in and ship it back using FedEx Overnight.


You also need to e-mail the tracking number to wildpremiumsalmon@yahoo.com the day that you ship it so we
can track it. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost (note, it must be sent FedEx Overnight to get a
refund) we will then refund you for the unused portion.


Please don't ship after Wednesday as a delay in shipping could have it sitting at FedEx over the weekend.
Shipping charges are Non refundable.
